Festival Ritual Wear - Quincentenial Ball

In honor of this occasion, a huge celebration is being held. With a festival in the town square, a ball, and at midnight- a ritualistic ceremony thanking Mother Moon for her good graces. Minae is the priestess of the Moon Temple (as her mother was before her- the a lineage thing) and is set to perform the ceremony.
